My step daughter is coming in town that weekend, depending what day she comes in and leaves, I may be able to make the 20th. I will not be able to make the 19th.

Due to the winter storm that may dump quite a bit of snow on us - the work day for Sat has been cancelled - rescheduling for next Saturday December 26 ( I know bad timing for all, but my magic wand is not working right now).
Let us know who can make it.

Wishing all a very merry christmas and all the best for "2010"

Karen, Doug,
Yeah, it's sleeting here right now and tomorrow looks to be ugly. I do believe I can make it on the 26th (I'm also available the 28th-30th if need be). Anyway, keep warm and dry and I'll see you on the 26th.

Thanks.

Doug and I replaced about 20 fluorescent lights over the battlefield! So now it's a lot brighter, especially over the farm village and mid-bridge. We watered the field too.

The battlefield surface is in the best condition ever. The dirt is solid hard, like a big parking lot. No deep sand and sawdust to get stuck in...like in that 2005 video I posted on YouTube the other day.

Okay you guys - it is going to be very cold on Saturday, even if the temp makes it into the 50's the building has been too cold for a long period of time, so - get out the long johns, thermals, mittens, gloves, scarves and whatever else you can thnk of to keep your self warm and get ready to rumble the day away at HEAT's Fun Run.
If you have a portable heat you can bring it, but do not plug it in until you talk to Doug.
We are hopping to have hot water for coffee or hot chocolate.
See ya all then.
